Our Process |
Our process begins with one or more of our core services:
Cost Containment, Marketing ROI, or New Ventures. In
most cases and for the clients we serve, these services
alone will result in significant performance improvements.
However, we can tap into our consulting network to source
and recommend specialized expertise as needed. The process
is analogous to a generalist medical practice which is part
of a broader network of specialists. Core services are
provided by
Dr. Rod Hagedorn.
